All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. As a small, artist-run shop, each order is packed with care, so processing times may vary slightly during busy periods.
✦ Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout:

International Orders: May take 1–4 weeks depending on destination and customs

Tracking is included on most orders. If available, your tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order ships.
✦ International Shipping & Customs
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may apply. Carnival Cafe is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
✦ Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been shipped, we are not responsible for postal delays or lost packages. If your order seems significantly delayed, please contact your local postal service first. You can also reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to help.
✦ Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
