Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Carnival Cafe! As a small, artist-run shop, we handle each order with care. Please review our refund and return policy below.

✦ All Sales Final
Due to the limited and small-batch nature of our products, all sales are generally final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

✦ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll happily offer a replacement or refund.

✦ Lost Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact your local postal service first. If you still need help, feel free to reach out and we’ll do our best to assist.

✦ Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.

✦ Refund Method
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
